Retain a fund in one campaign while excluding it elsewhere

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Keep a school designation available when it must remain usable in a campaign, then manage each form's attached nodes and visibility choices. School-level Hide has broader scope: the node validation rejects a hidden designation, so it is not a reliable one-campaign exception. Review the intended form and remove/hide the fund in other form contexts where supported, then test search and direct preselection. Hidden/unsearchable does not mean access control.
