Required dependent fields need a required parent on a giving form

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The field validator requires the parent field to be required before its dependent child can be required. Make the Tribute selector required as well as Tribute Name; include an explicit No tribute choice so donors can give without a tribute, and show the required name only for the honor/memory choices. Preview every branch. If the current parent/dependency configuration cannot express that, use a supported alternative field arrangement rather than making a dependent required field under an optional parent. The missing screenshot and actual saved configuration would still be needed to diagnose any different error.
