Limit affiliation selections

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The standard affiliation UI renders independent checkboxes for the offered categories. Allow Multiple/Selection Limit controls values within a dropdown affiliation, not a maximum of one checked category. No native single-category switch is available in this flow. Use clear instructions or review a separate single-select custom question, understanding it will not automatically populate native affiliation reporting.
