Include tribute responses in staff gift alerts

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Administrator gift notifications are separate from donor receipts. In the applicable administrator gift-notification template, the supported $CUSTOM_FIELDS_SECTION$ token renders nonblank saved standard/custom responses. $ADMIN_ONLY_CUSTOM_FIELDS_SECTION$ additionally checks the recipient's donor-detail permission. The default alert already renders its additional standard-field section.

To distinguish “in honor” from “in memory,” collect and save that choice on the form along with the honoree; a name-only response cannot supply the distinction. Include the relevant response block, preview with representative saved answers, and check the received alert. Custom form response labels and token availability depend on the actual template/form context.
