Set recurring options, minimums, affiliations, and payment settings

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

How to use

Open the form’s Form Settings when available. Configure the offered recurring periods, recurring default/only options, labels, minimum gift, affiliations, designation settings, and eligible payment settings. Save and review the donor preview.

Rules

The newer settings page offers ordinary recurring giving only when the school allows it, the school is not crypto-only, and the form is neither a pledge nor membership form. Disabling recurring giving clears recurring-default and recurring-only settings.

Affiliations used by tiered campaigns must remain selected; the application rejects removing a required affiliation from this set. Membership forms omit ordinary designation and minimum-donation sections. Employer matching requires the school’s matching configuration and is not offered here for pledge or membership forms.

DAFpay eligibility depends on the school’s account and excludes membership forms in this settings flow. Eligible donor-covered-fee controls can inherit school settings or override them per form. Availability depends on feature configuration and permission.

Troubleshooting

A missing section can be correct for that form type. Capture the form type and current school settings before escalating.
