Reusable field removal and permissions on a giving form

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Bulk removal deletes selected field uses from forms and can preserve a school-level reusable definition, so it is not necessarily removal from the reusable catalog. Inspect duplicate definitions and their uses before deleting unlocked fields. The project-field policy uses the same form-builder authorization for creation, editing and deletion; it does not expose a separate use-existing-only field permission. School-level field management has its own authorization.
