Removing the affiliation question versus clearing its choices

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Clearing the form's selected affiliations is not a reliable way to remove the affiliation question: the display method falls back to active school affiliations when the form has no active choices. In the form-builder editor, remove the unlocked Affiliation field with its Remove field control if the goal is to omit the question. The removal process also clears the form's selected affiliation IDs. Inspect both pre- and post-payment stages and preview the saved form. This does not delete school affiliation definitions.
