Receipt sender setting versus actual From and Reply-To

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The gift receipt's configured template origin name/email takes precedence over project/school fallbacks. In the ordinary transactional notification path, an institution origin email is used as Reply-To while actual From uses GiveCampus's transactional sender. Changing the template email field therefore does not necessarily change From to the school's domain. Custom-origin handling is separately constrained; ask support to verify a custom-domain requirement and test the actual receipt. Do not apply marketing Outreach sender-domain rules automatically to transaction receipts.
