Manage designations, groups, and suggested ask amounts

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

How to use

Manage the school’s designations under School-Level Settings → Designations, then configure the designations offered on the campaign/form. The newer designation-management area supports designation nodes, groups/imports, ordering, visibility, bulk changes, search, and usage lookup.

Use the form/campaign’s suggested-amount controls to edit the offered ask amounts. Dynamic ask overrides and Smart Ask Amounts are separate personalization capabilities and may require additional access/configuration.

Troubleshooting

A school designation existing does not mean that it is visible on a particular form. Check form assignment, node/group visibility, selection limits, and required rules. Before removing a designation, inspect its usage and downstream reporting needs.
