Removing reusable fields from forms versus the school catalog

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Bulk removal of a reusable field from selected forms is not deletion of the reusable catalog definition. When removing the last form instances, the removal process preserves a school-level field. Check field dependencies and integration mappings before retiring a field; do not assume that removing form instances will remove an external connector field.
