Post-payment text placement is layout-specific on a giving form

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Post-payment heading/text settings do not imply a freely positioned text block in every right-hand question panel. The form-specific legacy confirmation renders post_form_text as HTML, while the v3 post-form panel renders questions and a separate post-submission heading/text state. Use explicit reviewed links only in the supported text control for that actual layout and test the donor page. Ask support to identify the supported placement when an exact panel position matters; do not create a fake required donor question to display instructions.
