Permission to create school designations

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The required permission is Manage school-level Designations and School Fields. Seeded roles containing it include Gift Management Admin, School-Level Settings Admin, Fundraising Superadmin and Superadmin. Review the other access each role grants and choose the narrowest appropriate role or supported permission configuration. Gift Officer access can permit viewing designations without granting create/update rights; seeing the list alone does not prove editing permission.
