Move the Affiliations block rather than reorder its options

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The order of affiliation choices inside the block is different from the position of the entire block. In the classic Form Builder, the Affiliations block is rendered outside the sortable custom-field area, at the bottom of the selected pre-payment or post-payment editor. Dragging it among ordinary questions, such as an SMS opt-in question, does not reposition that block.

Use the supported pre/post-payment move control if the collection stage should change, then preview the actual donor flow. Do not move affiliations after payment merely for appearance if they must qualify a gift for an affiliation-restricted match: the builder warns that post-payment answers do not trigger those matches/challenges. For a different/grouped builder, confirm its available field/group controls rather than assuming the classic drag behavior applies.
