Include mailing address in staff gift notifications

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

In administrator notification settings, open Email Templates. Edit Gift Notification - Campaign for gifts to campaigns/giving forms, or Gift Notification - General for the campaign backup form. Insert the $ADDRESS$ merge token in the message body and save. The token uses the gift’s stored mailing address, so the form must collect it; it cannot recover an uncollected address. These are school-level administrator notification templates, separate from donor receipts and not per-recipient or per-form templates.
