Hide bank transfer on a giving form

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Bank-payment availability depends on the school’s configuration, USD currency, the absence of split accounts, and a non-pledge gift. Support should confirm the intended school instance before changing it; a self-service toggle is not available here. Hiding new-checkout bank transfers does not cancel existing recurring ACH commitments.
