Giving-form background image aspect ratio

Open the intended form in Online Giving → Forms, then Giving Experience → Form Settings & Display → Display. Review the Pre-Payment Form, Payment Form, and Post-Payment Form background settings separately.

Giving-form backgrounds do not have one fixed visible aspect ratio. The stage-image upload processing fits images within 1200 × 1200 pixels; this is a processing limit, not a requirement for a square upload. The form uses a cover background, so the visible crop varies with viewport and form height. Keep space around the focal subject, adjust Background Image Position, save, and preview the actual form.

Do not use campaign-background, logo, or video-thumbnail dimensions as a giving-form background requirement. Some mobile form layouts omit background images; check the actual mobile donor experience as well.
