Suggested dollar buttons on pledge forms

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The classic Form Settings page deliberately omits Suggested Giving Amounts when the form allows pledges, showing Pledge Settings instead. The pledge payment-details path uses the amount entry field. Ordinary giving-form amount buttons are not available in that pledge editor. The settings support a minimum pledge amount; that is not a list of selectable pledge amounts. If another editor is in use, verify its actual pledge-specific controls before promising the same behavior.
