State token missing in confirmation editor on a giving form

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Giving-form confirmation tokens depend on the pre-payment template fields. In the form-builder path, a State field before payment adds the State token $ADDR_STATE$; it is not guaranteed when that field is absent or collected only afterward. Review the actual form and template, add the supported State field when appropriate, then reinsert the picker token and test saved donor address data. Support must inspect this school’s form and incorrect email to establish the actual cause; a hard-coded generic $STATE$ is not a universal replacement.
