Search-only funds in admin gift editing

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Hidden or search-only designations may still be available to administrators. The legacy gift-editing selector can include hidden funds; the newer selector handles searches differently. If an attached search-only fund is missing, inspect the selector version, exact group/node and cache/search results. Replace write-in data with the existing designation through authorized editing; moving campaigns is not a prerequisite.
