Preselected designation needs submission mechanism

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

A preselected designation is passed to the designation selector. Removing the designation field is not equivalent to submitting that selector's hidden selection data. Do not assume that disabling designations and removing the field automatically assigns a default to every gift. Inspect the form version and controlling settings, preserve the supported designation mechanism, and verify a completed gift and its receipt tokens before relying on an invisible default.
