Post-payment answers and staff gift-notification timing

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Staff gift-notification custom-field content can include saved supported tribute/address values when the recipient can see those details. Information supplied only after payment may not exist when the original gift notice is generated. The post-payment submission path saves the answers and can send a configured donor post-form email; it does not resend the original staff gift notice. Review the saved gift/report for later answers. Check the actual template, recipient access and submission timing to explain an individual missing field.
