One-time receipt payment-type token

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

For the ordinary one-time donor receipt, the receipt accepts $PAYMENT_TYPE$ and replaces it with the payment-type label. It does not include the card’s last four digits. The token may not be listed in every ordinary receipt editor menu; insert it exactly and preview the relevant template. $RECURRING_PAYMENT_TYPE$ belongs to the recurring-token context and is not a replacement for a one-time card-last-four token.
