New school affiliations may affect fallback form lists

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

An active school affiliation is not automatically private to the form being edited. A form with no active explicit affiliations falls back to active school affiliations if its Affiliation question exists. Configure the intended form and review other forms' pre/post-payment affiliation fields; remove the unlocked question where unwanted rather than only clearing choices. Review event affiliation selections separately. For a question needed on just one form, consider a supported custom dropdown/checkbox instead of an institution-wide affiliation definition.
