In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.
The template dropdown removes the incentive token for giving forms and standalone giving forms, even though the general token list includes $INCENTIVE$. Do not assume configuring an incentive makes it appear in that dropdown. Actual incentive replacement also depends on the gift's selected reward and relevant form fields.
The test-email builder creates a sample contribution without a reward. It explicitly supplies example designation, incentive fair-market-value and tax-deductible values, but does not attach a selected incentive to that sample. Consequently, an empty incentive name or the no-goods/services statement in a test is not proof of what a real gift with a selected reward will render. The real tax-information block uses the selected reward and its positive fair market value to decide which section to show. Editor preview, emailed test and actual gift receipts are distinct. Have support verify the intended template against the actual reward-selection flow; do not remove the tax-receipt token merely to hide sample output or treat example figures as a receipt for a real donation.
