Find designation visibility, pinning and form limits

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Open the form's Giving Experience → Form Settings & Display to configure designation availability and the maximum number of designations per gift. The maximum supports up to 99; the interface warns that more than five requires designation-row reporting or API output to capture the additional allocations. Use the matching report format rather than assuming a conventional gift row contains all allocations.

On the designation-management screen, Preselected, Feature Above Dropdown, Visible in Dropdown and Pin to Top are separate controls. Pinning supports up to 25 designations. Pinned entries are not affected by bulk sorting or visibility controls. Add Designation opens a picker with available items and items to be added; select the intended items before Add to Form becomes available.

Designation management saves field and order changes immediately. Do not treat those controls as an unsaved preview waiting for a final page-wide Save button.
