Featured funds and dropdown ordering

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Featured ordering is applied to the form's designation nodes. The selector does not have an independent ordering setting that keeps featured funds above Other while moving those same funds lower within the dropdown. Confirm the editor version before changing visibility, feature status or order; those are different properties.
