Email preview width and Outlook banner images on a giving form

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The Outreach preview iframe has a 600-pixel width. This is a preview viewport, not proof that every sent template has a 600-pixel content area or that every email client renders it identically. Determine image dimensions from the actual template markup and image/block settings, then test the delivered message in the clients your audience uses. An 800-pixel upload fixing one template is not a universal requirement for all banners. If a discrepancy remains between Outlook versions, provide the saved template, delivered message, and screenshots so the actual rendered width and padding can be compared. Do not assume a platform-wide image size from preview width alone.
