Donor-covered-fee explanation

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The donor-covered-fee checkbox has fixed text rather than the ordinary Form Builder help-text setting. Add a separate explanation through the appropriate Form Text display settings or supported content field and preview checkout. Do not assume that the built-in fee wording itself is editable or quote a universal fee rate.
