Designation descriptions and compact display

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The form setting Display designation descriptions controls whether descriptions appear. To reduce bulk, turn descriptions off or shorten the actual description text. The selector renders description paragraphs and has no per-description read-more/collapse control. Review reuse before changing shared designation text.
