Create a form in the current Forms interface

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your assigned administrator roles, access to the form and the interface used by your institution.

Open Online Giving → Forms. The current Forms interface uses New Form to open the dialog, Form Type choices Giving, Pledge and Membership when permitted, required Form Name and Form Category, and Create Form to submit. Older interfaces may label the opening control Create Form or the pledge choice Pledge Form. Use the labels in the actual interface; type availability depends on product configuration and assigned roles. Giving Form creation is included in Basic Form Admin, Advanced Form Admin, Fundraising Superadmin and Superadmin; partners cannot enable creation individually inside another role. Creating a draft does not grant Form Builder or launch access: Basic Form Admin lacks those capabilities, while Advanced Form Admin includes them.
