Create a form in the current Forms interface

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The current Forms interface uses New Form to open the dialog, Form Type choices Giving, Pledge and Membership when permitted, required Form Name and Form Category, and Create Form to submit. Older interfaces may label the opening control Create Form or the pledge choice Pledge Form. Use the labels in the actual interface; type availability depends on permissions/configuration.
