Changing the available fund during a campaign

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Yes. An authorized administrator can add the replacement designation to the campaign/form and make it the visible default. Previously recorded gifts retain their designation selections, so do not rename the old fund into a different fund or assume a form change reallocates earlier gifts. An in-use designation node cannot be deleted. Hiding it from the dropdown does not remove it from donor search; if the old fund must become completely unavailable, Support must review its existing uses and the correct removal/migration approach. Check autofill links and integration mappings, and preview the new selection after saving.
