Cannot remove Country from campaign pre-payment form

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The standard form field definitions mark Country as required and locked, so it is not an ordinary removable optional question. This rule appears in the shared form definitions and is not proof of a campaigns-only restriction. Address-block presentation and other forms may differ by configuration; inspect their actual templates rather than assuming Country can simply be deleted. If the intended layout requires suppressing or moving it, support must check the supported form/payment configuration.
