Why a guest can have “email not provided”

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The registrant's email is required in the registration form and settings. Each guest is a separate attendee record: the guest form makes email required according to the configured guest email field. A required registrant email therefore does not mean every guest must supply one.

Check whether the report row represents the registrant or a guest and review that event's guest-field configuration. Do not copy the purchaser's email to every guest merely to fill blanks; downstream email-only matching can incorrectly identify multiple guests as one person. Preserve missing values and use the integration's approved identity rules. Contact Support to investigate a specific historical missing value.
