Find standard and conditional automatic confirmations on a giving form

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Open the selected campaign or giving form's Email Templates area. The current screen has Standard Templates and, where available, Conditional Templates. Default GiveCampus confirmations remain in use until edits are published. Select the correct message type, review conditions and publish/test the intended version rather than assuming a saved draft is active.
