Editing dropdown choices on a live giving form

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

You can edit an editable field on the existing online giving form without moving the form to Draft. The field-update action does not require draft status and does not replace the form or its URL; saving changes the choices used by subsequent visits. In Giving Experience → Form Builder → Post-Payment Form, edit the intended dropdown, remove only the unwanted choices using its remove controls, save/update the field, and preview the donor flow. Draft restricts public access and is not required for this edit. Check whether the field is reused before changing it. Removing a choice changes the offered options; it is not a deletion or migration of historical donor responses. Do not delete and recreate the field to remove choices.
