Desktop giving-form background omitted on mobile

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The giving-form layout omits its hero background style for detected mobile devices. A missing mobile background therefore does not by itself indicate a failed upload. No exposed control in that path forces the desktop background onto mobile; review supported alternate image/content placement if the image is essential, and test the actual form/layout version.
