Conditional test first-name John and spacing on a giving form

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The test contribution uses John for its sample first-name field while other name fields can come from the test recipient, explaining mixed test identity. Do not infer that real donors receive John. The repeated spacing problem needs the saved template HTML and actual email-client rendering; test the corrected HTML in the received email rather than trusting editor line breaks alone.
