Collect an organization name separately from donor contact name

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Keep the standard donor/contact name fields and add a separate clearly labeled custom text question such as Organization name / Giving on behalf of an organization. The employer matching-company search is not a general organization-donor name field. With Reusable Form Fields, select the custom question and Add to Giving Form(s) to apply it to selected online/draft giving forms; you do not need to recreate the question manually on every eligible form. Review campaign form fields separately because that bulk selector is scoped to giving forms. Add the organization response to the appropriate report/template where supported; collecting a custom value does not automatically reclassify the donor as an organization in your CRM or replace the payer identity.
