Coach notification omits donor details

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The default administrator gift notification intentionally hides the detailed block when the recipient lacks donor-detail permission. That check uses campaign settings access or the configured school donation-email list. Review the coach’s authorized campaign access and active notification template; notification enrollment alone is not the same as permission to see details. Grant only the institution-approved scope, then test.
