Coach notification omits donor details

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your assigned administrator roles, access to the form and the interface used by your institution.

The default administrator gift notification intentionally hides the detailed block when the recipient lacks donor-detail permission. That check uses campaign settings access or the configured school donation-email list. Review the coach’s assigned Online Giving role, page access and active notification template; notification enrollment alone does not guarantee the same detailed view. Partners cannot turn on an individual donor-detail permission inside a role. Have an authorized administrator select an appropriate existing role and institution-approved page scope, then test.
