Built-in DTD search and confirmation share a setting on a giving form

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The Double the Donation form field and post-donation confirmation both use the same enabled-and-partnered condition. No independent built-in confirmation-only toggle is shown. Removing/disabling that field must not be described as preserving the built-in confirmation widget automatically.
