Archiving does not preserve the public form as a visual archive

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Archiving changes the form state rather than deleting its content and attached configuration. A visitor entering the contribution flow for an archived project is redirected to the school donation destination with an ended notice. Consequently that public URL is not a historical snapshot of the archived form. Retain an approved screenshot or saved preview separately when a visual historical record is needed. Unarchiving changes state again; verify the desired availability before sharing.
