Add designation instructions

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The form-builder Designation field passes help text and placeholder to the designation selector. Edit that field’s help text to explain that donors can search fund names. Legacy forms may expose default designation label/prompt in designation settings instead. Preview the actual form; searching selects attached funds and does not create a new designation.
