Acknowledgement templates use a separate editor from Outreach

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

A cloned form’s transactional acknowledgement template uses the gift-email editor; cloning does not switch it to the separate Outreach composer. The acknowledgement screen uses its rich-text editor and does not expose a switch to the newer Outreach interface. Adjust and preview the transactional template’s spacing in its own editor, or have Support inspect the saved markup if it still renders incorrectly; recreating it as Outreach would change the message workflow.
