Where to get Gift Officer CRM ID

For GiveCampus Gift Officer users. Your role and school configuration determine the available portfolio, school-wide and administrative controls.

Ask your institution’s CRM/data administrator for the identifier assigned to your gift-officer/staff record and have the authorized GC GO administrator use that ID when creating or matching your staff profile. It is an external CRM identifier, not your GiveCampus user number or a code generated by signing up. Preserve the school’s identifier formatting; check inactive staff if an ID is already in use.
