Navigate portfolios, prospects, constituent profiles, and saved lists

For GiveCampus Gift Officer users. Your role and school configuration determine the available portfolio, school-wide and administrative controls.

How to use

Open Gift Officer Home and the portfolio available to your role. Use its prospects, tasks, plans, opportunities, and contact-report areas. Use Constituents for authorized school-wide lookup and Saved Lists to manage a reusable collection of people.

Open a constituent profile to inspect the available gifts, activity, plans, source documents, donor profiles, and wealth-history information. Shared/saved filters can change the table view. Some schools customize the prospect and plan labels.

Troubleshooting

A personal portfolio, team/school-wide data, and a saved list are different scopes. If a record is missing, check the current portfolio, filters, role, and source data. Access to school-wide and wealth information depends on your role.

Account-specific settings

Exact ownership/assignment semantics and the definitions of displayed profile metrics require the selected record and configuration. A generated donor profile or summary should be reviewed against its underlying sources.
