Destination missing from Move Gift

These steps are for administrators with permission to manage gifts.

The destination dropdown is limited to projects in the same school that are not deleted and are in a similar product family. A Giving Form offers giving-form destinations; the other campaign path offers social-fundraising destinations. A form is therefore not guaranteed to appear when moving a campaign gift, or vice versa. Ask support to review the specific source, destination and payment state if the desired move crosses that boundary. Do not bypass the menu with a manually constructed destination ID.
