Virtual events and guests’ joining links

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

For a virtual event, enter the joining URL in Virtual Link. The standard registration email includes a Virtual link, and the normal registration confirmation/reminder is addressed to the registration email, not automatically to every guest email. If every attendee should receive their own standard registration email, use Ticketing → Registration Limits → Max guests per registration = 1 and ask each attendee to register separately. If you allow multiple guests per registration, explain that the registrant should share the joining details with those guests, or arrange a separate authorized communication. Changing the guest limit does not itself create personalized meeting access or separate emails for existing guests.
