Image size in confirmation emails on a giving form

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

First distinguish an image inside the email body from the automatically inserted school email logo. The legacy Redactor receipt editor does not enable the library's resize handles; prepare the body image at the desired dimensions and replace it, then preview and test. Do not assume drag-to-resize across editor generations. The separately inserted school email logo has its own constrained rendering, including a 200px maximum width and 96px maximum height in the delivery helper; changing a body image does not control that header. If the result differs across email clients, have support inspect the actual template/editor and image markup.
