Form minimum and ordinary recurring checkout

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The ordinary recurring checkout starts with the submitted payment amount and copies it to recur_value; creation validates that value excluding donor-covered fees against the form minimum. A $500 form minimum is therefore not a $500 total-commitment threshold permitting smaller ordinary monthly installments. Child installment records are exempt from reapplying the form minimum on every charge, but the parent’s creation is not exempt. Treat total-commitment-based membership eligibility as product feedback, and do not assume changing the minimum creates a membership-duration rule or promise a release date. Pledge schedules are a different flow.
