Find and archive inactive forms in bulk

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The standard Giving Forms list has state tabs/search and individual archive actions. Its unified view supports creation-date ordering and donor totals, but there is no combined created-between-dates plus zero-gifts filter or bulk-archive action in that UI. Sorting to zero donors is only an inventory aid, not proof a form has no pending, failed or recurring history. For hundreds of forms, prepare a reviewed inventory of creation dates, actual gift/commitment history and dependencies, then use individual supported archive actions or arrange an authorized scoped bulk operation with support. Do not assume a nonexistent bulk checkbox.
